Mail completed application forms (pilgrim & sponsor) with a deposit of 1/2 of the sponsoring fee ($60) to the Registrar.

Note:  It is an act of apape for the pilgrim fees to be paid by the sponsor.

Reminders:

• Please try to use the newest application available if possible.  Applications can be downloaded or printed from the website.
• Do not forget the Pastor’s signature and please include the Pastor’s email address.
• A deposit of half (1/2) of the pilgrim’s fee ($60) is required with the application for it to be considered for walk placement.  If the application is faxed or emailed to the registrar, please forward the deposit as soon as possible!
• The balance of the pilgrim’s fees are due two (2) weeks before the pilgrim’s walk.
